Thank you for shopping at Alyssa Halla Designs. Every piece created in our studio is handmade with care, detail, and dedication. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or general dissatisfaction.

Please double-check all product descriptions, measurements, and details before completing your purchase. Because items are crafted individually by hand, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish may occur. These natural variations are a characteristic of handcrafted artistry and are not considered defects.
