Shipping Information
Each piece at Alyssa Halla Designs is handcrafted with care. Please allow for the following timelines:
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please check the individual product description for specific turnaround times.
- Shipping Method: We ship via USPS. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Local Pickup: If you are a local resident in the Azle, Texas area and would like to arrange for local pickup, please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout to bypass shipping fees. We will contact you via email to coordinate a time.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
- Artisanal Variations: Because every piece is hand-painted and hand-sculpted, minor variations in color, texture, and pattern are to be expected. These are not flaws but are the marks of a truly unique, wearable piece of art.
